  • Final Sale: All sales are final. Deposits made on BotMyProfile.com are non-refundable to the original payment method but may, at our discretion, be issued as site credit.
  • Unfulfilled Orders: Orders that remain unfulfilled may, at our discretion, be eligible for site credit.

A “Cancelled” status signifies a full refund. When an order is marked as cancelled, the total deducted amount is automatically refunded in accordance with established policy, and this can be verified through the orders page.


A “Partial” status denotes a partial refund. In instances where an order is marked as partial, a refund will be issued in proportion to the quantity of goods or services delivered, with the amount calculated according to the applicable rates specified at the time of order.


3. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms of Service periodically to stay informed about any changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


4. Compliance with Social Media Platform Policies

You agree to use our services in a manner consistent with the terms and conditions established by individual social media platforms. Any violations of platform-specific policies are solely your responsibility.


5. Rates and Delivery Times

  • Rate Changes: Our rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Updated rates will apply to all subsequent orders.
  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times provided are estimates and not guarantees. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will not qualify for refunds or site credit.


6. Service Modifications

We strive to deliver services as described. However, we reserve the right to modify or adjust any service type if necessary to complete an order effectively. Services may break or become unavailable at any time, and we shall not be held liable for any orders placed prior to such interruptions. Additionally, we reserve the right to delete or discontinue any service at our sole discretion without prior notice.

8. Order Requirements

Each service has specific requirements outlined in its title or description.

  • Order Limits: If a maximum limit is stated (e.g., 10,000), orders exceeding this limit (e.g., 20,000) will not be processed. Ensure all orders comply with stated requirements to avoid delays or cancellations.

9. Purchases and Payment

We accept payments via credit and debit cards processed securely through Stripe, as well as cryptocurrency payments through Cryptomus. When refilling an account balance, the updated balance will only be reflected once the payment has been successfully cleared by the selected payment processor. For card payments made via Stripe, the transaction will appear on your statement as a payment to "OUTPACE Projects" with the statement descriptor "BALANCE RECHARGE." Cryptocurrency payments will not be released until a required number of blockchain confirmations, which vary depending on the specific coin and payment processor's requirements. Customers are responsible for ensuring all payment details are accurate and valid. All payments are subject to verification and approval, and payment processors may deny payments at their discretion. Customers must comply with the terms and conditions of the respective payment processors. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any transaction in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or payment errors.


10. Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or disputing a payment will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account on BotMyProfile.com. All chargebacks and disputes are taken seriously and may lead to further actions, including legal proceedings, to recover any lost funds. Customers are encouraged to contact our support team directly to resolve any payment issues or concerns prior to initiating a dispute. We strive to work collaboratively with our customers to address and resolve payment-related matters in a timely and fair manner.
